One pair of these adjustable dumbbells replaces a complete set of 12 fixed dumbbells saving you space, cost and time!

The BRAINGAIN 40kg Adjustable Dumbbells are perfectly designed and quality tested to ensure the highest level of safety for all users whether you are a beginner training for the first time or a professional with years of experience. Simply press the pin down and twist the dial on one side of the adjustable dumbbell to set the weight, pick up your weights and you can start training straight away and are a real evolution from the old style, spinlock style adjustable dumbbells.

Adjustable Dumbbells can be used for all your home workout needs and exercises including presses, swings, deadlifts, squats, curls, sit-ups, snatch, renegade row, twists, clean & press, thrust and more.

The 40kg Adjustable Dumbbells come with their own tray to facilitate simple weight changes and tidy storage. Separate stands can be purchased to bring the adjustable dumbbells up to waist height.

The Adjustable Dumbbells are designed to stay with you on your journey. Whether you’re starting on the lightest weight, or something heavier, the adjustable weights will be by your side as you gain strength and go through the weight range.

Sturdy Versatile Dumbbells, Easy to Setup and Use

Very happy with these dumbbells. Great range of weights, and feel sturdy. Quick and easy to move between weights. Has really helped to quickly do supersets at home. Initially I had an issue with shipping, but it was DPD's fault as they delivered 80% of it and then the rest a few days later. The seller reached out to sort it out.

While they do feel very sturdy, I personally wouldn't do high-risk, dynamic exercises with these (or probably any) adjustable dumbbells, as it just doesn't feel like what they're designed for. Think best to do slow exercises and not drop them.
